Welcome to Colaab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Colaab mobile application ("App") operated by Colaab Innovations Private Limited ("Colaab", "we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Colaab. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App.

2. Your Account

When you create an account with Colaab, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not create an account using false or misleading information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself without their permission.

3. Acceptable Use

Colaab is a platform designed to help people find partners to train and play with, and to keep showing up. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Post or share content that is offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the App for any commercial purpose, advertising, or solicitation without our consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App or collect user data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Zero tolerance

Colaab has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report any person, session or message, and block anyone, from inside the App. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these Terms, and suspend or remove the accounts responsible.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post or share through the App, including profile information, messages, and session details ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Colaab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Sessions & Safety

Colaab facilitates connections between users for sessions and physical activities. Please note:

• Colaab does not verify the identity, background, or qualifications of any user
• You participate in all sessions and physical activities at your own risk
• Colaab is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from sessions or activities arranged through the App
• You should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program
• Always meet in public, well-populated locations and inform someone you trust about your plans

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, functionality, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Colaab Innovations Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• Your conduct is harmful to other users, third parties, or the App
• We are required to do so by law

You may also delete your account at any time through Settings > Account Management > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COLAAB INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
